woke up with a nice case of diarrhea at 3.30 in the morning, and when i woke up again i had killer chest pains and what felt like heartburn. didnt do anything differently yesterday.
i just realized i have diarrhea pretty often.
on a side note, i would run sprints today but i just did legs yesterday. i guess i'll switch legs to wednesday and arms to friday
today somebody at school told me i looked a lot skinnier, lol. i'm betting it's from my muscles being flat and depleted and also the loss of water that occurs the first week or so of low/no carbs. here's todays workout:

i'm adding in band pullthroughs and band GM's a couple times every day so i can hopefully get my back to be better. i cant believe i stopped doing these. i have no idea why.
yes, my back is STILL very weak and tender. still hurts if i do anything that involves twisting or sliding or anything of that nature. my back has been like this since JULY. i cant go heavy on much at all. it's a severe physical obstacle, but moreso a mental obstruction. i feel very weak and i'm probably making out the problem to be more than it is
so how much do you weigh now? you should also try this static contractoin exercise, lie down on your back, but have your feet flat on the floor, like youre going to do a situp, then kind of push with your legs, hips and back, into a posistion that almost makes a triangle with the ground, sorry but this is really hard to describe
