Yeah I am having some MAJOR issues with my right knee too... kinda feels tight like a bomb exploded in there or something :( Its annoying trying to do a leg workout thats for sure!

My left knee hurts where the kneecap is & started hurting yesterday when I crouched down to look at something at a store.....feels crunchy when I move my kneecap about.....

Flat BB bench press: 0 weight - 1x15; 20lbs added - 2x20
Seated calf raises: 35lbs - 2x20
Standing curls w/EZ bar: 5lbs added - 2x20
Machine Tricep Exts: 35lbs - 1x20; 45lbs - 1x20
Seated Cable rows, palms face: 40lbs - 2x20
Lunges, bodyweight: 2x20*
*each leg
Seated DB O/H press: 15lb DBs - 2x20
Incline DB press: 15lb DBs - 2x20
Seated Leg curls,both legs: 30lbs - 2x20
Wide grip pulldowns: 55lbs - 2x20
(Wanted to do a set of squats too, but my left knee hurts too badly)

PWO shake: 1 scoop RecoverX + 1/2 scoop Trop Punch PP + 1 tsp creatine + 1 tsp glutamine + 1 scoop Xtend + 1 tsp Gatorade

**Water: 1 (8oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of green tea + 4 (20 oz) bottles of water + 1/2 gallon of water
(I think I drank about 186 oz. of water today)

Sounds like you had a really good workout. Definitely stay away from squats or any movement that cause that knee to hurt. I hate those naggining injuries.

P.S. u sure like ur splenda!
