the funny thing is that is an old pic from a couple months ago from before a couple contests. and i took they pic and didnt think it looked good. until i was looking back through the pics last night.
i have always had a little waist...but my chest development has gotten much better lately because i am not trying to lift as much weight as possible all the time. more concentration on getting blood into the muscle and putting all the stain on the pecs.

i have done too many cycles to count...probably between 8-10. my stats for the pic are about 205 now i am up to a fat ass offseason 235:) i am a midget at 5'7.
 
they are good...the main problem is my biceps, mostly the front bicep. i just dont have the genetics for a great peak. back is a little difficult to get cut for shows. i definatly need to work on that. have any ideas bouncer?

just wanted to say thanks for helping me out about 6 months ago with planning my precontest stack!!

I went from about 200-220 @12%, and now i am about a week out from the show and i am about 188 @3% (calipered)

I've followed the 20 week stack we discussed, and now (despite the fact that everyone flamed your idea of putting on size,and then cutting it up WORKED)

hehe... fatchops... i've heard those rumors myself. dude has the greatest genetics i've ever seen. he could easily be an olympia competitor if he wanted. easily.
 
JC21- Did you find you have a hard time growing your chest to the size it is now? Or have you always had a big chest?

I can't seem to make mine fucking grow. What's your chest routine like?

I've found all incline movements helped alot for a while, now I'm wondering if I should decrease the weight and go for perfect form and concentration.

Any ideas?

oh no by no means did i have great genetics. in highschool my friends laughed at me cause my chest was indented..lol. so i worked real hard on it and concentrated mostly on strength for powerlifting for 3 years. then for the past 3-4 i concentrate more on form, getting blood into the muscle, and shape. i diffenetly think it is a good idea to drop the weight a little and concentrate on the peak contraction. it has worked very well for me over the past few years. also dont go crazy on dumbell weight. go real deep with them..dont worry about the weight so much. and i get real intense while training. i do a set about every minute. i dont take much time between sets. makes it so you dont have to lift so heavy.

Hes got my vote, no way you can look that stalky at 6'2. Good Job Jc, you are certainly an inspiration to me and alot of us here.

You look good, bro. I had the same problem with an indented chest in school, it's the reason I started lifting. I wiegh 237 and can bench 405 for reps, so no one laughs anymore. But, I must say that my chest dosen't look like yours. I still have an indention in the middle. Most people cannot tell, but I can. Dumbell work seems to be the best, but I seldom do them because of my training partners injury. Looks like it did wonders for you. Once again bro you look great and keep up the good work.
