Seen it about 2 weeks ago.

Its good, but by no means a "war film." People have been calling it this generations "Full Metal Jacket" simply because they dont know how to categorize a film that takes place during a war but has no war in it.

The film is great, dont get me wrong...but its a lot like masturbation without climaxing...all buildup with no resolution.

I dont see it being really popular, simply because people are going in expecting explosions.

It is, but like I said, its not a war movie. I honestly see this film annoying a great majority of the people who see it.
