By then I hope I will have hit 200 in bodyweight and be in a process of leaning up (having decided football is an unlikely option for next year given all my life's circumstances).
My OVERALL goal is a total of 1230 (400-330-500) at a lean, fast and athletic ~180 for a coefficient of ~6.83. I will be very pleased
