Bro, see a doctor. You could have ruptured your ear, or even just scratched it. Either way, you are at huge risk for a nasty infection that will likely not response to topical anti biotics. You'll end up on a full course of something like Augmentin while you wait for your hearing to return and your jaw to align properly again.
