did a little stunt and got planted by Orton...he looks terrible
According to a few of the industry insiders, Van Hammer was the one who totally ruined his elbows by using a ton of that cadaviar (sp?) GH when it was out on the markets in the early 80's. Before they started producing GH synthetically. His elbows had some bone growth and were starting to look like Chris Dickerson's. Although Chris's was due to an injury and shift in the bone plates.

red rooster was terry taylor... the man was in incredible shape last time i saw him and could still go for his age.
dynamite kid is in a wheelchair and his book is really good even if you are not a wrestling fan.
JYD was in a car wreck on the way to his daughter's graduation as dead as they come.
bundy still wrestles indy cards and is fat as ever (he should have played kingpin in the daredevil movie)
van hammer was a hairstylist before wrestling and may be doing the same thing again... bottom line is that he sucked in the ring and had a horrid gimmick that was very 80's

I can remember the very first match I ever watched as a kid. I was about 4 years old. I don't even know what federation it was in. But it was Austin Idol vs. Mad Dog Buzz Sawyer. In the course of 5 mins on television, these two had busted each other open like nothing else. Back then, showing blood on TV was RARE. Practically unheard of. You saw bloody faces in the magazines, but that was from house shows photography where there were no tv cams. On tv was a big no-no.
