A year is nowhere near long enough...falsely claiming rape should have sentencing guidelines similar to those for rapes. Plus he should bring a civil suit next for defamation of character and emotional distress, ect...and make sure she's dirt poor for the rest of her miserable existence.

Anyone who's been in the military - know how many stressed out fat ugly whores will make up shit just to fuck with people theyh don't like. You see this like crazy at basic training/boot camp. One bitch tried to make up a story about a dying grandfather just to get a n emergency pass. Later found out, he was on vacation and fine.
