So, got this in, thanks for the advice on it guys.

Going to try it for the first time tomorrow, but I'll be hitting the gym between class and work. It says to drink it 30 min before the workout. I have to go directly after class or I don't have time to do it. So my options are either taking it before class, which would be an hour and a half before, or 15 minutes before if I take it after class. Which is best? Either OK

Right before the gym, it kicks in after about 10 minutes I find. It might not be a bad idea before class if you find you have trouble paying attention in class. I had a 4 hour training seminar at work for a new system being implemented. I work from 10pm-7am, and class was from 8am-12am (lucky me). I took 8 AMP02 and 2 servings of Jack3d before that class and I was more focused that I'd ever been.

Jack3d could substitute adderall for some of us I think.
 
tried it. don't like it. its just a bunch of caffeine. I get some major crashes from it. I like xplode and noshotgun better
 
Tried Jack3d today, failure. Didn't notice it, seemed this workout was a little weaker than the last.

BUT.... being the poor college kid I am I took just one scoop and crossed my finger, and I'm 6'5", 230lb.... So tomorrow I'm giving it a 2nd chance with 2 scoops... Hope that makes a difference.

I noticed this same thing I took one scoop first time I used it and the results were good but not great. Then the next workout day I took 1.5 scoops and that really did the trick. To conserve it as much as possible some days I still only take one scoop but I'm pretty self motivated as it is. Whether or not I take alot of it doesn't really matter too much because I still get that focus and long lasting energy.

6'5" and 230, I would do 2 or 3 scoops.

It also has 1,3-dimethylamylamine (aka Geranamine) which is a very powerful stimulant and thermogenic.
