I gave a couple scoops to my wife before hitting the gym. After her cardio she was like im all itchy and sweaty..lol
 
Sorry for the delay..... But yeah, jack3d is no good for me. I'm not saying it doesn't work for a lot of folks, just not me. It seems to help a little on the cardio I do after lifting, but nothing on the lifting at all.

I ordered some Superpump, going to try that one next.
 
190lbs here and 1 scoop doesn't cut it. It's like it's "in the background" at that level. I'll do 1.5 - 2 scoops depending on how long my workout is going to be. I used to do 3 scoops, and WOW was I "jacked", but I've found that 2 scoops or 3 scoops, my basic performance is the same, I just FEEL the 3 scoops more.

Also, noone I have talked to ever crashes on this stuff. For me, it lasts a long time, and tapers off slowly. One time I took it at lunch, and my afternoon at work was very...let's just say I couldn't stay still.

I haven't found anything like Jack3d yet. But yeah, you gotta use around 2 scoops.
 
OK, only one day under my belt on Superpump, but wow, it SEEMS to work really well for me. Will update Sunday as I'll have a few days under my belt then on it.
 
So I've decided for me, Superpump > Jack3d. Now, this is NOT to say it is better for all, just for me. I think it's proof everyone's body's can react differently to supplements.
