After a year of playing with the right combo of food and supps for pre-workout pump and endurance I finally figured out what works for ME:
1.5 hours prior - 2 servings whole wheat pasta, no calorie butter spray, water.
45 minutes before I touch a piece of iron - 8 grams arginine, 50mg viagra, 2 caps of Omega's Lipoflame.
insane, i literally thought my arms were going to explode, it was the most clean, enduring feeling I experienced in the gym to date
try it - if you're new to arginine or under 180lb just go with 4 grams to start
and no you won't get a boner at the gym
