My strength went down significantly as well. I expected it to a little but damn, Im a pussy now. I dont look as bloated and my friends tell me I look leaner. I admit I stopped eating as much and havent been as strict on my diet. I guess as long as I lean out it will be okay. Im planning on hitting it even harder in the winter again. Since im trying to lean out, Ive been eating alot of meat and have cut my carbs. Whats your opinions on this? Anyone have ideas about dieting while cutting? I know there are probably a million posts on this topic, but Im going to ask anyways. Thanks.
