it is
weeks 1-4 bdol 35mg ed
weeks 1-12 test e 500mg pw
weeks 7-12 tren a 75mg eod
weeks 10-15 anavar 60mg ed
weeks 10-15 prov 50mg ed
pct will start the day after last var/ prov tab
day 1 clo 150mg, nolva 60mg
day 2-11 clo 100mg, nolva 40mg
day 12-21 clo 50mg, nolva 20mg
i have hcg i will use on cycle so my balls are good size into the tren. so form week 5/6 500 i.u. then may continue 500 i.u. ew uptill week 12 then 500 i.u. eod with 10-20m nolva upto pct.
i also have an extra box of nolva incase of gyno/ bloat and an extra 3/4 box of clo incase im not rcovering well but my first cycle of test/ deca/ bdol/ winny i recovered well from.
im starting this cycle at 210kg and 15-16%bf so aiming to be at 200/195 and 8-10% so i will be running this as a cutter. diet is pretty much dialled im doing 300g of pro, 120g of carbs and 80g of fat this is around 70% of my maintenance cals (when weigh loss stops i will be throwing in a high carb day so 300g of carbs, 300g of protein and 50gof fat). Training and cv dialled 2 HIT sessions and 2 steady stae for 1hr 30mins.
il keep you updated and will post before and after pic im very interesyed to see happened when i add the tren into the mix.
