You can tell the guys on this thread who HAVE had their emails innundated with spam mail from a site they may have registered on...

Its not fun trying to get rid of that incoming spam mail everyday

True. Gmail is the shiznit. I have not received any spam yet, even though I used my e-mail to sign up for stuff lots of times. Hotmail and Yahoo are a joke. Even when you don't use 'em to sign up for anything, and even though your address is complicated so some random spammer couldn't find it, you still get tons of junk. I'm sure they sell our email addresses.
