i think it does but i don't lift as well if i don't get my nap. i have a hard time sleeping regardless

ok
use one pack of chicken breasts and boil till done
cool and tear apart
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 box of stove top stuffing
3/4 cup evaporated milk(buti use regular milk)



mix the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken and the evaporated milk, use salt and peper and mix well untill creamy
use directions for stove top on back but i use the chcken stock instead of water
and put in a cassrole dish and spread the stove top stuffin over top and cook for 30 mins on 350
dang its good
im eating it with broccoli and cheese
