leg pressed 900 for 10 tonight. got a picture of it on 35mm film, i'll try to scan it as soon as I get it developed. Oh, and NKC forever!!

Thanks big guy, the only problem is that my house is over a hundred years old and the only bathroom is upstairs... not much fun. I squated as well tonight, but light weight. Gonna be hard to get off the crapper tomorrow.

That's pretty intense. But if your gonna take a pic, do like 2 reps, so you can load that shit up :) You can't see how many reps you did in the pic
 
In my office they make a coffee which is OK in the morning but very strong in the afternoon

first you become a conductor, switching cars from track to track and connecting them, then after about 5-7 years you go to engineer school. Two of my friends are engineers right now and living phat
