Yeah it's slowly been hitting me. Sleeping in later every day...slept 12 hours last night and I feel so run down even after that.



A break will be awesome.

Maybe that has something to do with it, but I think going 10 months without a break is the main culprit.

are you big on coffee/soda pop? i cut out all caffiene and overall i feel more energetic. it wasn't very high to begin with tho lol

Yeah, I have to say I have a bit of a caffeine problem. Usually one or two cups of coffee in the morning and 1-3 cans of a diet cola later.



I actually tried to cut out all caffeine a couple days ago and was stricken with some pretty rough headaches. I have some gruesome cavities right now so the headaches I couldn't deal with. Figure I'll kick the caffeine for a couple weeks after I get the teeth fixed.
