It's time to rip up what u guys think I should do and what will give me best results. I'm gonna be running a 12 week course so I would like opinions. I've recently finished a lean bulk and now looking forward to cutting up. My diet and training are sorted so I'm just looking opinions on what u guys think work best and over what period advice would be much appreciated thanx
 
yes how do you expect any help when we don't know anything about your current situation? age/height/weight/bf then we can help...
 
what do you mean by 'recently' ended a lean bulk? when did your last cycle end and what was in it?

Also detail what your real diet is please.
 
i was excited when i clicked on this thread cause i thought it would be asking for a diet to get cut up. then i clicked and see its just another person who wants to use steroids to cut.

i will tell you something interseting. i ran a var tren cycle... i actually GAINED body fat while on. i came off and my body fat has gone down. funny isn't it? my diet has been the exact same, if anything I am eating more off cycle. carb loading so i dont muscle waste.

so bottom line is steroids don't reduce body fat. atleast in my experience.

maybe its that guys take steroids and then decide to workout, lose body fat, then declare it was the steroids that did it? who knows. but i've never cut while on ever. i have always gained.

the only time i've cut when off cycle when i've ran catabolic type diets.
 
5ft 10 14 stone trained on and off for the past 5 years. Recently finished a 12 week cycle of sus and tren currently in the middle of pct and will be starting a cutting cycle within the next few weeks

next few weeks? you need to take 3 months off to let the HPTA recover

your esters from the sustanon will take 6-7 weeks to clear out alone.

also i'm afraid to ask but what is your PCT? and did u run anti-prolactin? if you didn't your prolactin levels are gonna be sky high which will delay recovery

You need more time to recover before you start new cycle.
Don't rush into things you will only get sides bro.

If you want you can use clen during your pct and that will help you looses some bf.
 
Currently running clomid I've 2 weeks left of this so was gonna start my cutting cycle after that. Do you guys think I should give it the full 6 weeks to recover??
