Its time.... Just thought I would share...

Ive taken it easy for about 4 weeks, only hitting the gym hard about 3-4 days per week, rather than 5-6, and I feel great. My body needed the rest and time to recover, my joints feel awesome right now. So, now its time to get back down to business. I will begin cutting up in 2 weeks. I will be running a sus/EQ cycle along with dbol at the beginning and winny for the last 6-7 weeks. I'll keep the carbs a little high for the 1st 4-5 weeks, but diet will strict and carbs will consist of brown rice and oats. Once the dbol is cut out I will drop the carbs and add a little cardio. Looking to reach my goal in 14 weeks once started. I am currently 228lbs, 5'11 and about 15%bf. Ive spent the past 5 months bulking up, 3 of those months all natural. I'll be shooting for about 6%BF and keeping weight above 205.
 
If EVERYTHING is on point then yeah, maybe. But that will be really tough, since you wil have to add ~11 lbs of muscle while losing ~30 lbs of fat. And once you get to 8%, that is going to be pretty tough. Though you are giving yourself more of a window to do this in. Best luck in doing it bro, its going to be a hard road ahead.
 
I am interested to see your results bro. I am planning on running a cycle similar to yours in a few months. I had awesome results on a 12 week cycle with sus/eg and winny at the end and I think adding d-bol at the beginning will be even better.

how many weeks are you planning to run the sus/eq? how may weeks are you planning on running the d-bol? I wouldn't run the winny for more than 6 weeks due to the joint pain and toxicity.

I ran this cycle last year without the dbol and it worked awesome as well. I plan on running the dbol for 6 weeks. Im gonna taper it down, starting at 40mg/day, the last 2 weeks only being 20mg/day. After the 6 weeks of dbol I'll start the winny and run it at 50mg/day for 6 weeks as well. Im gonna run the sus/EQ for 13 weeks and then start PCT around week 15. I'll keep those interested updated. I actually think you will be a little under 200# You always lose musle a litttle at the end but thats ok, you will look bigger. I usually take a persons weight and drop it to 0% BF and that is usually the weight they come in at. yours is: 193.8# I would say you will be 195-198...at the end PM me and tell me if I was right.
