Ive taken it easy for about 4 weeks, only hitting the gym hard about 3-4 days per week, rather than 5-6, and I feel great. My body needed the rest and time to recover, my joints feel awesome right now. So, now its time to get back down to business. I will begin cutting up in 2 weeks. I will be running a sus/EQ cycle along with dbol at the beginning and winny for the last 6-7 weeks. I'll keep the carbs a little high for the 1st 4-5 weeks, but diet will strict and carbs will consist of brown rice and oats. Once the dbol is cut out I will drop the carbs and add a little cardio. Looking to reach my goal in 14 weeks once started. I am currently 228lbs, 5'11 and about 15%bf. Ive spent the past 5 months bulking up, 3 of those months all natural. I'll be shooting for about 6%BF and keeping weight above 205.
