That's a pretty damn good routine for hitting the total body. If time ever became a factor I would definately concentrate on squats, deads, overhead press and other compound moves. I actually pulled some light deads on Friday after i talked to you, couldn't walk yesterday, tween deads and splitting wood Friday afternoon. But feel pretty yoked this morning. Done 3 sets of 12 225 on deads, way easy, but just cant take a chance right now, may work at that weight for a couple of months, maybe try to shoot for 3 or 4 sets of 30 to 40 reps, before I move up on weight.
