I am up early. Thats new for me. My herniated disks are screaming. The funny thing is I am motivated and I am going to the gym to do some delts. Who is with me? Who can squeeze in a workout today that usually doesn't workout?

It depends sometimes I do train Saturday's sometimes not but I did get in a kick ass workout today my hams and calfs got a killer hit the quads are sore but could be sorer.
