I didn't post my 'its good to be back' thread yet because over the past year I stop in and then get caught up in life and then leave again. Well, I've been actively posting and I am happy to be back to EF!

Been hopping in the juicer forum giving out good bro advice, in here laughing at you peeps, and also stopped in the sex forum to remind myself how much my sex life sucks (no change on the marriage front but I am still married). My daughters are awesome though and they keep me going. They grow up fast.

Life has been hectic and I have a ton of awesome stories to tell, in due time.

Life has settled down a bit which is nice.

One thing I have noticed too is that once Facebook started kickin up I visited there and not here. FB isn't blocked at work too. I have 3G USB for my laptop now though which is sweet. Nothing can block me now.

I've been training in the gym extra hard and being a loner who doesn't have a weightlifting partner, or a spouse who supports my activities, I find it a great motivational tool to come here and post and read. It helps keep me on track. Plus I get to talk to you more often
