I am back at the anabolics board for the first time in a while now. Time to learn some new things.

Hopefully the topics have changed somewhat. I can't claim to be a veteran, but I have to say so much of the content here are topics/questions I have seen many times before. This isn't a criticism because the newbies need to learn too.

But in any case I look forward to having a poke around and seeing what exciting gems of information I can garner. I see the helpful moderators are still here, selflessly lending a hand. Well done guys
