believe it or not, society has influenced even my views and reactions to gays. i remember being younger, before i guess i really understood what i was, being repulsed by the thought of two men kissing. even today, the real "nellie" (feminine) gays are a real turnoff...i generally try to avoid them like the plague even though i know they can't help it and were just born that way.

well i've been gone for about an hour and fifteen minutes..i just got back from the gym

great shoulder and trap day..i didnt feel sick or nothing and worked up a great sweat...i was a lil down yesterday cuz my workout sucked and i didnt feel well due to the fina/winny..but today was a complete 180..

so i'm in a good mood now..just sittin here sippin on a protein shake and ultra fuel (pre-made bottle kind--fruit punch flavor)
