How far into the cycle are you? I would start 40mg of Nolva daily, and .5mg of arimidex if you are not far into the cycle. Run the Arimidex all the way though PCT. Drop the Nolva once the itching stops and the arimidex kicks in.

1.25mgs of letrozole + 40mgs of nolvadex, works great for anti-gyno, do a bit of research on this

this does depend a bit on your cycle, are you still cycling? what's your cycle like?
