Monday -- Bis and Tris

Close grip 5x5
Weighted Dips 2x8
Skullcrushers 2x8

Tuesday -- Legs

Squats 5x5
Leg Curls 2x8
SLDL 2x8

Wednesday -- Rest

Thursday -- Chest

Incline BB Bench 5x5
Flat DB Bench 2x8
Weighted Pushups 2x8

Friday -- Back

Deadlift 5x5
Chins 2x8
Barbell Rows 2x8



Currently tryin to whip my diet into shape. Starting to use V12 and Dextrose come this Monday. Please comment.
 
You forgot to mention what you're doing for bi's :)

For shoulders I guess you feel you get enough from bench, just you may want to workout your side delts a bit since they dont get hit by many other exercises.
 
I would definitely add some shoulder stuff in, as well as add shrugs on back day
 
Shit, I forgot to add bis and shoulders. Well I do bis on Monday:

Barbell Curls 5x5
Preachers 2x8
Concentration Curls 2x8

and on Thursday I do shoulders after chest:

Military Press 5x5
Upright Rows 2x8

looks good but I would add some side laterals as well
 
cable laterals w/your hands behind your back, i can feel those hitting the sweet spot. You might need to lower the weight tho, but a good finisher if you need one.
 
For side laterals, for balance, I'd suggest a 3x10 with starting positions in front, on the side, and from behind.

For me, calves get their own 5x5 (though without volume sets - may add them.)
