Incline BB Bench 5x5
Flat DB Bench 2x8
Weighted Pushups 2x8
Friday -- Back
Deadlift 5x5
Chins 2x8
Barbell Rows 2x8
Currently tryin to whip my diet into shape. Starting to use V12 and Dextrose come this Monday. Please comment.
