Ok, I will turn 30 this year. I have been lifting since I was 14.

I currently stand 6' 3.75" and weigh the heaviest I've been: 270.

I bulked up a little this year alone, started around 240, so I am carry a little extra fat around my middle, but that is easily corrected with a cleaning up of the diet.

My doctor gave me androgel and now testim because I have been suffering from low libido, sucks really it does. It worked for awhile stiffys like I was 18 again, but now it seems to be losing it's effect.

I suffer from sleep apnea too, which lowers test, but I have a CPAP machine now, so that got corrected.

After years on contemplation and research, I believe it's time to cross over to the fun side.

Oh yeah. Don't bother with those overpriced pussy doses of HRT. Get on 500 mgs of test and 400 mgs of deca for 10-12 wks. That would be a good starting dose and cycle for a big boy such as yourself. Its also a pretty safe cycle that should only have a few short term sides, if any.
 
He is not truly ready for HRT at 30 unless his doctor prescribes it.

I think there are a few things here to talk about. Your diet and training, goals, then your cycle.

I train at least 5 days a week, I just start cardio up again, but running always hurts to I might swim or jump on the elliptical 3 days a week.

As far as my diet, I have been eating pretty clean the last few weeks, before that I was just putting on size, but starting Monday I am going to eat real clean.

oatmeal w/splenda in the morning w/fruit and cottage cheese

at least 2 protein drinks a day

tuna and salad for lunch

chicken, fish, or steak for dinner.

as far as goals, I want to get below 10% body fat, but weigh around 300, I carry weight well

basically I want to look good enough to be on the cover of a magazine
