It doesn't seem I get fat no matter what really

Today was a similiar day of bulking, at the end of the day I will have consumed

1,000 calorie honey/whey shake
1 large cheese pizza from papa johns, 3 chicken breasts, 3 scoops isopure
1 detour bar
3/4 gallon Ice cream (not fat free, but no sugar added), 2 chicken breasts, and a bit of pasta w/ cheese
2 scoops whey w/ Udo's choice oil
1 gallon whole milk
2 cups cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons udos' choice oil, 1 cup ice cream, 1 scoop isopure


I have a 6 pack.

I am concerned that I might have to follow a ridiculous eating regimen to hold on to the weight I gain on this cycle.

Cycle is, 650 deca/600eq/125 test (yes 125)

Weight: 228.5 6' tall
 
all i have to say is not fucking fair... I bust my ass, eating a crazy strict diet and am barely able to hold 8%bf... I get lucky once i add cardio back in the mix and i can get down to 6% but if i fuck up i shoot right back up

you suck
 
btw, would like to mention that this caloric intake is not pleasant, but i am thankful for the leanness
 
I hear ya frack. I'm 30 and my metabolism hasn't slowed down at all. I eat whatever, whenever and it doesn't make a difference. I have never counted calories in my life, and have no idea of the caloric value of individual foods........i just eat as much of anything as i can.
 
Can you describe to me the consistency of that 1,000 calorie shake? I can't imagine it being any more pleasant than dripping tar down your throat. I remember back when I messed with shakes that had carbs in them(400-500 cals), like from the packet where you just added water or milk. By the time I was halfway through the shake, I was so bloated that my watch would burst off my wrist and even my earlobes were getting stretch marks.
 
It's appx 12 tablepoons honey w/ green tea (or other tea) and 3 scoops whey taken seperately... not tooo too bad

How do you even have time to eat all that food?
Same problem here, I try to eat whenver I have free time and it doesn't come close to that amount of food.
 
No cardio here... pics maybe after I get my new pc..

Free time? Well this pretty much guarantees no life outside of it..
 
the pizza, shake & milk alone is 5500 calories. The ice cream probably adds another 2000+. Consider yourself lucky.
 
Well I dont know about the pizza, I'd estimate about 450 cals per slice, at roughly 8 slices...the ice cream is 100 cals/serving with 14 servings per container so not at about 10 servings it's closer to 1000 cals...

I also use r-ala, I think it defniteply helps.
