Nah i just did a tren and prop shot in both and i BUSTED ASS on my delts today.. But damnit i hate that feeling where its like you just burned a muscle out on a work out... Yet you cant get any blood to it..

i feel like someones got some needle nose plyers just pressing them into my damn delts.

shoulders are by far one of my favs to work out... I have hardcore striations in them.. I just need to put my focus into everything else more :-D

Which is worse delt injections or quad injections... I've never done quad injections... but in upcoming cycle rotation... its a must have, kinda fear it though...

well i guess it doesnt help that my dumbshit friend used an inch and a half needle..

i loaded them with an inch and a half 23 gauge and swapped my prop to an inch.. he said he was swapping the tren syringe.. and next thing you know he sticks me and i trust him so i didnt even think to look... i dont like to watch being stuck..

but it hurt like a mother fucker and i was like wtf dude.. i saw it and he goes.. uhhhh..
needless to say last time ill just let someone stick me without checking the size next time..

im not even built like a damn house.. By no means small but i dunno how the fuck it didnt hit my bone.

bust my ass on my delts though that could be why!
