I like Isopure's pure whey protein isolate 3 lb. tubs. I usually get vanilla. Zero carbs (no lactose), and zero fat. I wonder what percentage of it is denatured (I think all whey protein isolates are denatured to some small extent). I think it is high quality stuff! Since I buy it about every 1.5 months, the $39 for 3 lb. is ok with me. The 5 lb tubs get skanky before I finish them!

Perfect for CKDs --- vanilla or strawberry whey shake with flax and some no-carb fiber supp mixed in. Nice and thick and sweet with zero carbs, and lots of BCAAs.
