meal 1: (should count for 2 meals way too many calories)**Woke up starving and ate 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 bag of popcorn & 1/2 granny smith apple.. holy carbola**... went back to sleep :chomp:

wake: 2 cardio breezes

11am: 1 hour Spin class & 20 min abdominal workout (boy did I have energy to kill with all those carbs)

meal 2: 1:00pm: 5 oz fish & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 tablespoons of pp

2:30pm: biceps and triceps followed by a 5.3 job @ the resevoir (burn those carbs)

meal 3: 5:00pm: 1.5 scoop of pp w/ 1 egg yolk raw (Shake) & 1 granny smith apple :p

meal 4: 7:00pm: 5 oz grilled chicken w/ 2 cup of broccoli ;) ( No more carbs for the rest of the day)

Meal 5: 8:00pm: Grilled chicken salad (2 cups of lettuce)

10:00pm Trying to get to bed early today got an early meeting tomorrow!!!

Que & Scorpio: Thanks girls... i really appreciate it!!! I still some serious pounds and bodyfat to drop....but I feel good about it this year!!! Found myself another female competitor in my gym who I do cardio with in the morning and after my evening weight training... very happy... ;)

Treadmill: 40 mins alternating walking on an incline for 2-3mins then sprinting all out on a flat... :evil: it was evil but great!! then 30 mins on arc trainer..

6:30am meal 1: post workout shake & 1 liter of water

1green tea extract & 1 Sesapure

9:30am: meal 2: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:30pm:meal 3: 4 oz. Sushi grade tuna w/ 2 cups of lettuce & balsamic vinegar

3:00pm:meal 4: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of string beans & 4 oz yam :p

5:00pm meal 5: same as meal 4

6:00pm: legs & 20 mins of dreadmill (walking on incline)

7:30pm: Post work out shake & 1 & 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter

9:30pm: Fish...

Okay I am really in a hurry to get to a meeting just a quick post to let everyone know that starting today I will be carb cycling until Saturday and that today and tomorrow will have to be off days due to traveling for business... *SUCKS*.... anyhow, feeling great and positive about everything!!!

I am backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!! Just got back home today and staying away from the carbs went over great!!! Today I carb up again and have to get in a leg workout!!!!

Went running this morning around the area I was staying at, dont know how many miles but I I was out there for an hour....

* woke up at 4:30am wired :evil: .. didnt get a good night sleep*

6:30am: Cardio - 30 mins treadmill (intervals) calories burned: 280 & Eliptical 20 mins steady pace calories burned 180.

Felt really tired dont know if it is due to lack of sleep, the shitty weather we are having or what... definitely not carb depleted yet but will be starting a serious calorie deficit tomorrow. Trainer is having me drop calories down to 1100-1000 for only 7 days (This Wed thru next Wed) then jumping them back up... to cause a serious Shock to metabolism... not looking forward to it all!!!!

Here are the meals:

7:30am: 2 glucorells & 2 Sesapure

7:45am: Post workout shake: 2 scoops of ISO-AGB w/ 1 cup of straw & 1 tbspon of flax seed oil and 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda & cinn :p

9:45: 1 Glucorell

10:30am: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:25am: 1 glucorell & 2 sesapure

1:30pm: 4 oz chick 1/2 cup of veggies & 4 oz yam

2:00pm: Bi's Tri's & Abs & 30-40 mins of cardio

4:00pm: Post workout shake 2 scoops of ISO-AGB w/ 1 cup of berries & 1 tbspn of flax seed oil & 2 oz yam

6:30pm: 4 oz of grilled chick & 1/2 cup of veggies

May 17th The Beginning of my 7 day no-low carb meal

Wake: 6am - 2 cardio breezes 1 liter of water & 1 cup of coffee

6:45am: 1 hour cardio: 60 mins @ 4.0 pace @ 10% incline. (I occassionally changed the incline and speed but basically walking at a fast pace squeezing glutes & hammy the whole time)

7:50am meal1 : post workout shake: 2 scoops of ISO-AGB & 1/2 cup of straw w/ 1 tsp of flax seed oil

10:00am meal 2: 5 whites & 1 yolk w/ 1 tsp flax seed oil

12:30pm meal 3: 4 oz grilled salmon w/ 2 cups of spring mix

3:30pm meal 4: grilled chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli

5:30pm meal5 : shake w/ no straws & 1 tsp flax seed oil

7:30pm meal 6: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 2 cups of romain lettuce

9:30pm meal 7: 4 oz broiled tilapia

Hey All I am Back!!!!

Havent posted in nearly a week, been very busy with work and then I went away to the Outerbanks in N.C. for Memorial Day weekend !!!! It was exactly what I needed!!! Ate clean and trained while I was away!!! ;)

Also I just finished a 10 day carb depletion and it was quite a shock to the body... looking a lot tighter and leaner and now that I have put the carbs back the workouts are a lot better!!!... ;) Feeling really strong!!

Anyhow Here is today's line up:

wake: 6am - 2 cardio breezes

6:30am: Cardio - 20 mins on dreadmill (intervals) burned 220 calories then 45 mins on eliptical (intervals) burned 420 calories = 660 calories

7:45am: 2 glucorells & 2 Sesapure

8:00am meal 1: 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops of ISO-AGB & 1 ounce of peanuts no salt

9:45am: 2 Glucorells

10:20am meal 2: 6 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal

12:30pm meal 3: 3 oz of chick w/ 4 oz yam & 1 cup of lettuce

2:30pm meal 4: same as meal 3

Thx Bunny... just posted a few pics in the gallery from this morning and not happy how I am looking... my trainer is happy and so are others around me but I feel like I should look better.... I dont know.. I am back into my size 4 pants so I know that I am on track but I seem to be holding tons of water... I do drink 2-3 gallons a day but I can not help myself... I am constantly thirsty..

anyhow thanks for the support perhaps tomorrow will be a better day..

Sassy really??? Its funny how you posted in my thread b/c I was thinking of PMing you with a few questions. Thanks for checking out the gallery and letting me know that the water intake is normal....I was kind of concerned, I seriously cant stop drinking enough water...

My upper body has leaned out and there is literally no more body fat to shed up there but still holding some body fat in the lower body.... Anyhow, I noticed the week I took out the carbs or reduced it to below 30grams I lost 10 lbs and looked a lot tighter!!!... Anyhow, thanks for the post and the support... Its getting close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow thanks for the compliment.. you really think my legs look good for 6 weeks out?? my trainer keeps telling me that I am running right on schedule for I just can not help but be a bit obssesive about the legs... its what ruined my placing last year, I looked great, but the legs overpowered the upperbody... Anyhow I also use YES during morning cardio however I recently ran out and need to order more as well as more sesapure and I am going to give Thermorexin another try....

Anyhow, PREP H smells yucky and sometimes after the gym I tend to go grocery shopping and I reak like PREP H...I wonder what people are thinking as I walk pass them.... lol... :worried: anyhow thanks for the post any shows coming up?? is so where at???

Hang in there with the low carb I am there with you... I have another 6 days to go :worried:

First off TERRIBLE NIGHT of SLEEP!!! I think b/c I trained and did cardio so late. I woke up @ 2am starving :chomp: :chomp: so I made 6whites & sprinkled some straw flav. max protein whey and still found my stomach was burning a hole through it so I popped open a can of Tuna ( probably should not have done that b/c of sodium content but at that point I didnt care, I look like a blow fish anyway with all this water I can not stop drinking enough of).....

Okay so fell asleep around 4am woke up @ 8:20am and skipped morning cardio b/c my legs feel like they are going to fall off and they are still extremely sore from a leg workout I executed on Monday :worried: got the okay to skip morning cardio from the trainer......

8:30am Meal 1: 2 scoops of GNC Pro Performance Straw pp & 1 cup of straw & blueberries & 1 tsp of flaxseed oil ....

11:00am: 5 almonds & 3 oz of chick

2:00pm:4oz Grilled Chicken salad & 15 almonds :p

4:00pm: 3 oz grillled chick w/ 1 cup of lettuce & balsamic vngr & oil

5:00pm: Back & abs & 55 mins of bullsh*t cardio

7:00pm: Post workout shake 2 scoops of GNC Pro perf. & 8 oz water with 2 scoops of ice & 5 almonds

9:00pm: 4 oz chicken 1 cup of string beans & 2 boiled artichokes ;)


10pm: SLEEP (Hopefully) ;)

As far as the legs.....absolutely, I think they look great! So you tend to gain muscle on your legs easily? That's awesome! But figure comps want that flowing fem look, so I understand what you mean.

Personally, I prefer cod to tilapia. I think it's a little higher in protein too. It's really good just cooked in a skillet on the stove top with some cooking spray and seasonings. It falls apart ... mmmmmmmmm

My trainer laughs at my quads b/c he cant believe how well formed they are and how HUGE they are... he tells me that I can make lots of bodybuilders jealous with my legs ;)

Okay yesterday fell asleep @ 11:00pm.... and again woke up at 2:30am yes hungry but not starving so I laid in bed and tossed and turned till about 5am!!! so I decided to get the hell up and take a few shots since as of today I am officially 5 wks out :eek2:

Oh...thanks Jen. That's actually the week after mine here in VA, but I may make it to watch that one. Is it in Wilmington? That's not too far from me.

The NPC site says it's being held in Wilmington, but I think it's been changed to Newark.....I'm following up on the venue with the promoter, since I'm working the show....

Okay sorry I havent posted in a while but I went away Friday to D.C. to spend time with the boyfriend.... Saturday was technically my off day but I spent the whole day walking around D.C. and then dancing my butt off at clubs for a good 3 hours... WOKE UP Sunday feeling like crap... depleted!!! Too much cardio??..lol.. ;)

Anyhow my diet was great!!! stuck to the low carb and treated my self to a moderate amt of ANPB only 1 tbspn with every other meal...

So here is what is up for today:

wake: 6:15am

6:50am meal 1: 5 whites & 1 cup of broccoli sprinkled some pp on top :p

10:00am: 5 oz grilled chicken

1:00pm: protein shake 1 scoop of protein powder & 3 strawberries, 4 egg whites & 1 oz of peanuts :p

3:30pm: 30 mins of cardio on eliptical during world cup soccer game (ANGOLA VS. PORTUGAL).. ;) burned 275 calories heart rate: 130-140 (fat burning zone)

4:30pm: 3 oz grilled chick 1 cup of rommaine lettuce w/ balsamic vingr & shake (1 scoop of pp w/ 3 straw & 8 oz water & glutamine) ;)

7:00pm: 30 mins of cardio/ 20 mins abs/ 30 mins of cardio ;)

9:00pm: Fish

I am out!!!

(I used to fry SPAM, loved it like that. Probably haven't eaten it in 15yrs or more)

All I can say is keep up what you're doing because it is obviously working very well.

Oops I mean PAM non stick cooking spray!!!!... DO NOT EAT SPAM IT WILL KILL YOU!!!!... I repeat for those who are viewing the thread I can not spell for the life of me b/c this is day 7 of low carbs :chomp: :evil: :chomp:

The work of art feels like a crappy canvas!!!!..lol... 2 more days of carb depletion and bull sh*t cardio .... then I get to replenish and carb deplete all over again the next week :evil:
