Okay real quick review of the last two days...
Yesterday: 1 hour cardio in the morning on empty stomach.
Clean eats all day.. however very shitty shitty chest workout..
today: OFF DAY.. COMPLETELY NOT EVEN CARDIO 
 
Clean eats all day:
meal 1: egg white omlette w/ veggies & 1 slice of rye bread w/ sf jelly
2 thermorexins & 2 Cardio Breezes
**Cleaned out my work's storage unit so I moved around alot of heavy boxes...1 hour workout kind of... 
 
meal 2: Grilled chick salad w/ ff rasp. ving w/ 2 thermorexin
meal 3: 1tbspn almond butter w/ protein shake
meal 4: 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 3 slices of turkey bacon & 2 thermorexin weird combo but tasty..
 weird combo but tasty..
meal 5: chick & broccoli w/ soy sauce . holy bloatedness 
  
Done eating for today.. I feel bloated from the soy sauce 
 
Okay all... tomorrow will be cardio and then a fast pace leg workout 
 
Down 6 lbs from 3 weeks ago so losing 2lbs a week so far.. hopefully I would have lost another 2lbs by this weekend.. fingers are crossed.
