is your workout the same when on a ckd?

just wondering if you guys keep the same routine when on a ckd?

I usually train 4xp/w, cardio 5-6x p/w, and pilates 2xp/w.

Is there anything I should change?

Train only 2x a week,
day 1: chest,back,shoulders,arms
day 2: legs calfs, abs
Day 3: cardio
4: cardio
5-6: you can do pilates

why do you only want to train two times Mr. X?? i know keto is for losing fat, but won't we see muscle loss from this as well?? Here is my workout:

MOnday:
chest, tri's, cardio

Tuesday:
back, bi's,cardio

Wed:
legs, shoulders, abs

repeat, and then rest on sunday.....

because 2 days is the maximum time for the muscle to be able to still have some glucose available, after that time you will be using your own muscle proteins to fuel your workout, which amounts to muscle loss

i know keto is for losing fat, but won't we see muscle loss from this as well??
you will only see muscle loss if you put your body in an overtrained catabolic state where it has to use stored proteins (muscle proteins) for fuel. while doing the CKD you will NEVER gains any significant muscle mass (if any), so your worry should be of just maintaining muscle mass by NOT overtraining.

so the two training days..should they be mon and tues, if the carbup is on sunday..or can they be more sporadic? Can you do a training day on carb-up day?

yes, that's what I described above, right after the carb-up you should train (meaning the day after)
