oh yeah. big time. got me a few jobs. funny thing was, once i got it they started training me and shit from scratch. which defeats the whole purpose of having previous work experience... and i stayed there for like a good 6 months before i left (not fired or anything) and even got customer service awards. it does indeed make u think. they did call one of my references but it was just like "did so and so work for you?" and my friend was like "err yeah. " "ok thank you."

Damn, in the first few jobs they never bothered to check the references..........and now i wanted to upgrade to a better job, move on up and bullshitted my way on the resume by putting some highly regarded credentials and what do you know..............this time they bothered to check................i got shut down
