I'm about to order ProLab Creatine, ProLab L-Glutamine and SPORTPHARMA VANADYL PH2. My question is. Does this Vanadyl worth my money ??? I heared it helps grow my muscles faster while on creatine.

Honestly..Stick with the creatine, glutamin, Protein and Food...Most other legal supps are a waste
