To use arimidex or liquidex to prevent water retension.
To use clomid or hcg after end cycle to start up your own production of test, and to keep gains.
To use nolvadex or proviron to prevent BT.

Plese help me out, I´m a bit cunfused.

Ok....

1. Kinda sorta. Arimidex/Liquidex prevents the aromatization of test into est. Water retention that is estrogen related, therefore, will be reduced. But it is not a diuretic, per se.

2. Use clomid. There seems to be conflicting thoughts on the hcg. It might be beneficial for long cycles, but for those 12 and under, clomid is fine.

3. I assume BT stands for bitch tits. Again, kinda sorta. These are the red headed stepchildren to Arimidex/Liquidex. And these only work for estrogen related bitch tits.

If your problem is progesterone related, better get some winny, cause you ain't gonna find no ru-486.

OK, so when useing arimidex or liquidex it isen´t necessary to use nolvadex to prevent estrogen related bitch tits?

If you have arimidex or liquidex, you will not need nolva. Nolva can have a rebound effect and actually cause estrogen levels to go up once you stop taking it. If you can get it go with one of the dex's.

What do you mean, what about proviron. Used in conjunction with nolva, it helps reduce some estrogen sides. Alone, it adds to hardness and libido, but almost zero to anabolism.
