or am i doing something wrong? my cycle right now is 400mg test cyp per week and 500mg EQ per week. i started out at about 190 @ 11% bf (height is 5'11). my weight has increased to 199 and bf is about 9.5%. i'm into this cycle @ 5 and a half weeks. my diet is damn clean. cal. are @ 4100 a day. my split is 45pro/35car/20fat. protiens consist of tuna chicken and lean pork tenderloin. carbs vary from corn tortilla, brown rice, brocolli, sweet potato, and sweet peas. fats are from the meats and natural pb. this is the same caloric intake and split from my natural bulking cycle that ended about 6 months ago. i gained almost 30 pounds then, but the bf went up a few percentages. the only difference now is that i split my meals from 5 per day to 7 meals per day now. then i was averaging 2 pounds per week. now i'm averaging 1 pound, 1.5 pounds MAX per week, but my bf is still dropping. are these the kind of gains you guys are seeing when cycling and eating right?! i figured i would see a minimum of 2 pounds a week. any help would be greatly appreciated!!
