Im wondering if i may have a hernia. I was squatting the other week and i had 225 on and i began to feel a burn pain in my lower right ab. Low close to waist. I stopped and began to deadlift and went all the way to 405 and no burn pain at all. Its been 2 weeks and I still get the pain when i squat but not from anything else at all. Any ideas whats goin on here?
