Is this gyno? Advice please.

Me and my mate were talking about gyno so when he left I thaught I would have a feel my pecs behind the nipple area.

In my left pec there is something there that is not in my right pec. Its soft and when I tense my pec it is still there.

I have had no itchy nipples or pain and I have never examined my nipples before so I dont know if it has been there a while or not.

If anyone can give me some advice quick I would be grateful this shit is freaking me out!

i f you really wont to know go to the doctor and ask that is the only way to know for sure

Is this really the only way to know? I thaught that you had to have the symptoms first. Like the itchy nipples and pain.

Now Im really stressing, do I or should I go to the doctors?

no i got a slight case in my right nipple went to the doc they ref. me to a specilest and he gave me a script for ameridrex and i added proviron and got ride of it and i had no symptoms of gyno just a soft bb size lump to the right of nipple i took 1 mg ameridrex day and 75 mg proviron and 20 mgs of nolve for 1 mth and its all gone
