is this guy a freak

He has good genes. Me and my brother have my mom's genes and we can gain without hardly doing anything. I've had some great gaines with just winny every day. It definetly has to do with your genes. My brother with out working out is still 200lb at 6foot. And he does'nt have to much fat at 200. probably 11% bf.
 
Gotta be the genes. What I don't understand about me is, when I was eating Taco Bell 4 times a week at age 28 and barely trained, I had a flat stomach, now I eat healthy and workout hard and heavy and I can't lose the gut. Fuck this. Oh yea, I'm 32 now. Could my metabolism slow down that much in 4 years?
 
That certainly surprises me Galaxy! What would a typical day look like for you diet wise, out of curiosity?
 
A guy I trained with only ate one big meal after work and a shitty milk based protein drink post work-out. He was pretty big (circa 5'8 210Lbs 10%).

I think your body adapts to new diet like it does new work-outs and you have to keep it guessing. But maybe that is just complete BS. That the beauty and pain of BBing, no one ever knows for the sure, and the people who claim to know 'everything' just cant handle the fact that what they know may be nothing.

ya there are those freaks out there. he should like hes in very good condition. also 18- 20 inch arms is a biig difference. 18" is kinda small. but 20" is huge, lol. I have 18" arms and they are not that big by any means.
I wish i could be gaining and no eat so damn much. Tryin to get to 250 is makin me crazy, lol
 
Man.. I went to Vegas for four days and lost 15lbs. Granted I partied a bit though.
I know a bunch of guys with great genes. Its demoralizing at times to watch what they can do. I've seen a guy do about 500 in the incline at 230lbs. Saw him hit 650 with no bench shirt too.
My college roommate is 280lbs at about 14% bf. I watched him rep 315 to warm up like it was 135..
That is not the norm though. I don't let it bother me any more. I just admire it and use it for motivation!
*BTW.. if I didn't use hcg/clomid I would be a mess!

I know what you mean. I see some peoples diets they post on these boards and I cant believe it. If I ate like some of these guys I'd be under 200lbs before I new it. I have a friend that works out and runs up and down a basketball court all day, doesnt take anything, and sometimes only eats ONCE a day!! And he still manages to hold strong at 6'4'' 185 (I know that's skinny, but the way this guy eats he should be around 160).
 
Hmmmm...I must have decent genes then. I can skip meals and workouts and still easily maintain. Hell, I pulled 27 pounds off my first cycle with low doses of sust for 10 weeks. Been about a month off now and only lost 2 pounds. My dad was pretty huge so I guess that's a good sign. My stats are 6'00", 225 lbs, about 14% body fat and dropping. When people talk about losing 15 pounds in a week, that seems insane to me. Sure I'll lose a few if I don't eat right for a while, but usually only 2 or 3 pounds, and never more than 5.
 
I haven't been on here for months but i must say there are lots of freaks out there. One of my gym buddies drinks nothing but snapples and eats pizza every friday with the family and he's consistently 5'7 @ 180 or so and benches 275 or so for a few reps DB press 100 pounders. Some people are just strong but keep in mind he's done dbol once or twice with no pct and loves creatine and an occasional protein shake but not the kind people talk about or recomends. He puts ice cream hot fudge etc.. pretty much he doesnt let food dictate anything where as i myself have to watch what i eat.
