Is this good for a work out for the week

tuesday-biceps and triceps
wed-shoulders
thurs-back
sunday-legs


and abs are thrown in on tues and thurs

is that a good work out week?
 
I think workout schedules are something one has to determine on their own and find what best suits them. Personally I like...

Mon - Back/Biceps
Tues - Chest/Triceps/Abs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Legs/Abs
Friday - Off or Biceps/Triceps
Saturday - Shoulders/Abs or Off
Sunday - Off


Occasionally I will do An Extra Bicep/Tricep workout friday if I feel fully recovered. To each his own I guess.
