is this genital warts?

i have these vesy small bumps on the lower end of my shaft and cant tell if its warts or calcium deposits....as far as i know they have been there forever, i should also mention that i have to stretch the skin in order to see them.Any ideas?

i am due for a full check-up in december.

i should also mention that the last time i had sex was 3 months ago.

if they are about the size of a piece of raw sugar, then those are normal. -sort of goosbumpish looking things? i got those too
