i weigh 275, and i want to take 100 lbs in 25 lb weights and carry them on my shoulders like a purse, then walk for a mile or so hoping that that will increase my stamina.

is there any risk of bone damage from carrying 100 lbs on your shoulders like that. anything else i can do to increase stamina.

have you ever watched the strongman competitions? they do almost every thing one could think of to f*** yourself up. if it doesnt kill you it makes you stronger.only if you dont really screw something up
 
Why don't you try putting your girl on your shoulders and hitting laps around the track. Either way you will look awfully silly.
Honestly, I don't see that it would do any damage that a 275 lb. guy is not already doing by using very heavy weight in the gym, bu if your arms start to go numb you may want to stop.
