Im in college and I am very active with classes and the boxing team. I am also low on money, so to help with the time situation and money for supplements, I lift every other day. And on the days I do lift, i do basically everything possible until my body cant go anymore. In example, today I did bench, curls, cleans, squats, pull ups, bent over row, push press, military, shrugs, dips, lats, and abs. Problems with this style of lifting?

Problem is you might overtrain, you would be much better off with a sensible routine. A split or two differant workouts which alternate throughout the week, most people of your age would train 3-4 times a week.

If money if your problem you can get supplements cheap if you know what to look for, unflavoured whey is cheap as chips, green tea extract if easy to get hold of and i got 100capsuled for £5. CLA can also be bought quite cheap and so can caffeine. Obviously your not gonna be able to get all the expensive branded supplements but every little helps

You aren't going to gain very much if you train like that.

"A lot of old time strongemen, powerlifters, and bodybuilders got plenty big and plenty strong without a drop of whey protein or creatine or any other supplement. They ate good whole foods". Matt Kroc (paraphrase)

Go buy 2 lbs of ground beef a day...and eat it!

Yes. It sucks.

Madcow's 5x5 and Training Theory and Information Site

Reading everything here a few times and you will have a grasp on proper training.

Supplements are not important. If money was tight I would rather buy more food than some worthless supplement. Food makes you grow. Eggs, Milk, rinsed ground beef, and skinless chicken thighs go a long way. This is my daily menu.

Damn good advice! Supplements only supplement proper training and diet. Get that in order first

The best and most solid gains you will ever make is through ingesting food not supps, I'm Southernlord and B Fold as always.

And yes the 5x5 won't let you down for a long time. The supps and shit it's all hyper and means to take your money away, sure some of them work, but only if you have all grounds covered.
