how bad is it to take 2000 mgs of tylonol while on a var cycle? i did somthing stupid and took 2 vicodin hp's to help me relax for sleep.....im taking 25 mgs a day of btg var and 20 mgs a day of papervar......i shouldnt have done that....
also what are some good liver cleansing supplements?

2 vicodens to sleep is not a good idea.. neither is tylenol.. especially while juicing..

you either know its wrong or you need to do lots more research..

look into melatonin and zinc to help get you to bed

Not condoning it but I don't beleive it is that bad......just don't do it often.
