Day 1-Tris/Chest/Abs
Day2-Bis/Back
Day3-A.M. Empty stomach cardio/Abs
Day4-Shoulders/Traps
Day5-A.M Empty stomach cardio/ P.M. Legs
Day6-start cycle again

No need to work tris & bi's unless you compete.
anyway I'm more interested in what exercises or machines you're going to use.
ie.
Deadlift
squat
dip
chin
flat bench
etc...

I do too have legs in there. I do them after dinner on the day I do cardio.

If not the routine, how about this one:

Day 1-Chest/Tris/front & later delts
Day2-Legs
Day3-Cardio
Day4-Bis/Back/Rear Deltoids/Traps
Day5-Cardio
Day6-Start cycle again

why? I want to get big bis and tris too. I'd much rather have bigger upper body then worry about my legs.

I like it but would need to see what exercises you are doing these days. I have used something like it and have gotten HUGE gains. Let's see more info. please.

Now keep in mind I have a home gym, so I don't have loads of equipement. I have a squat cage with a bench and pec dec built in. Its free weights of course. And a dumbbell rack with a decent amount of dumbbells.

Day 1-chest/Tris

Chest-Pec Dec, flies
Tris-Bench press, tricep extensions, reverse extensions, rope tricep extensions

Day2- bis/back

Bis-EZ bar standing curls, preacher curls, hammer curls
Back-Behind the back pulldowns, front pull downs, lat pulldowns with lat attachment and barbell rows

Day3-Legs (Don't have much equipment to work my legs)

Squats, leg extensions, calf raises

Day4-Shoulders/Traps

Shoulders-Front raise, front deltoid plate raises, barbell upright rows, dumbell upright rows, side lateral raises, seated side lateral raises, dumbbell shrugs, barbell rear delt row,

Well - it is total crap. Try reading one of the stickys in the training vault. After you do you will know a lot more. If you don't know that bi's and tri's are a waste of time you need to know. Here is a good program:

You can thank me later - go read everything on that site and you will be set. You will grow if you eat. Remember that. Try spending some time in the diet forum and read the stickys there as well. If your diet is off then you might as well not train - think I am wrong - then your a dipshit - not to flame, but knowledge is key.

Everyone seems to like these 5x5 workouts. I split train and have gotten great results. I think the 5x5 are great for strength and power. I like different for BB....
