Is there anything more protein packed and convenient than a can of tuna?

i myswell add i cannot eat tuna, I associate the smell with a rotten Vagina. I am being serious does anyone know any disensitise techniques for such a thing...

Is there any fact to this?!? I eat at least 3-4 cans a day....cuz it's cheap as hell and easy and i'm in college....
 
put a little BBQ sause on your tuna and it'll get rid of the rotten smell and have a little of a rib taste to it.:p
 
everything i read stated risk for children and women and pregnant women especially


BUT!!!

none mentioned bodybuilders eating 30 cans a week so you take your chances.

my advice is vary your protein

i can get boneless skinless chicken breast for 1.99$ a lb often(sale)

well done lean hamburger grilled or formaned (reduces the fat)

lean steak

powdered protein

etc etc
 
Fuck if your pumpin your body full of drugs to get big then I don't think tuna or its mercury poisoning should be a major concern.

Get your priorities straight.
