this might not help but...
i flex my right arm ALOT, not at the gym, but throughout the day, ever since i was a lil kid.. its a habit. anyway, my right arm is much more full and rounder then my left, with a better peak.
i do believe if u flex a muscle enough, it will change. of course u cant make it the way u want, but it might help.
try posing 3 times a week for a few months. it might work
