Is there a safe cycle to start? i think im ready

First my stats.

Age 33
weight 240lbs
height 6.5
Body Fat 16%
BMI 28
Routine Mon Wed Fri Weight Training
Routine Tue Thu Sat/Sun Cardio
Diet 2300- 2500 calories (Chicken, fish, eggs, veggies, oats, nuts, fruits) on weekends i go for 3000-3800 calories.
Supplements Whey Protein, Multi Vitamins, Glucosamine, Ginko Biloba, BCAA´s.

Ok this is the thing, i have been working out very hard and ultimately i hit a plateu on my fat loss goals, i have been feeling very tired but i still work out hard (im guessing the years are taxing me) but i can´t losse that stubborn fat from my middle partm, especially on the love handles. Ultimately i have been reading about certain hormones being responsible for that stubborn fat especially estrogen, i have been around this forum reading about gear because im curios about this but i have never had the guts to go into it in practice.

Now im considering doing a cycle as a trial on how my body would respond to it and i want to do it the right, and safe way. i will love some good advice from the bros here on the forum on what to do about it and what to expect.

My goal is to shed the fat and develop a good looking physique. About the gear, i have a guy in Tijuana that can get me almost anything i need so that is no problem.

I will apreciate the advice.
 
A "safe" (it's all a risk buddy) cycle is just do a Test run with an oral kickstater, really doesn't get more basic then that, unless u don't wanna inject and u wanna do a straight oral cycle, but if u can get the goods then get it!
