I appreciate all the trouble that you have had with your Firewall software and Virus software, because I have had the same trouble myself.
Rest assured, there is no cause for concern other than the interruptions you have experienced in the availability of the site are a big annoyance for all of us.
The site has not been hacked and nothing has been compromised.

Our servers are located behind an Industrial Strength Cisco PIX firewall and all our members’ information is maintained safely, securely, and confidentially, and it is encrypted. Believe me, there is no other site on the Net that would go to the trouble and expense that we do to protect your privacy.
Another part of your support of the site, again through your Platinum Memberships, allowed us to relocate our servers outside of the US for additional privacy protections for you. At a huge expense, we now colocate our hardware offshore at the same datacenter used by HushMail.com.
Here is what I believe is causing all of our firewall software programs to go crazy.
As some of you correctly noted, out IP address is 69.90.197.215. We set the domain name EliteFitness.com to point to that number - this is something that we control. Unfortunately, our new ISP has not yet set the reverse DNS on their end to point that number back to the domain name EliteFitness.com.
My understanding is that over the weekend, there were updates to Microsoft windows, to Norton, and to some of the other Firewalls out there that make Reverse DNS lookup more important than it was before.
Rest assured, we are getting this resolved with our ISP and it will be taken care of by the time you read this post. It may take a few hours to propagate, then we should all be good. Nonetheless, I would appreciate your posting your experiences here so we can make sure that the site's performance remains top notch. In addition to the DNS issue, we unfortunately had a harddrive die on the move to the new ISP and that took out of commission one of our three web servers. Rest assured, we are on top of this and additional web servers will be in place soon. Believe me, no one is more hysterical about the site's performance than yours truly.
